Once your payment and adoption details are confirmed, we immediately begin preparing your puppy for travel. Every Bright Star puppy undergoes a comprehensive veterinary health check to confirm that they are fit, healthy, and ready for the trip ahead. We also provide all necessary travel documentation, including health certificates, vaccination records, and any other required paperwork to ensure compliance with airline and state regulations.
🐾 Shipping Options
We offer two convenient delivery options:

Airport Pickup:
We will coordinate with you to determine the most convenient major airport for pick-up. A dedicated puppy nanny accompanies your Golden Retriever throughout the flight, ensuring constant supervision, comfort, and care from take-off to arrival. -
Home Delivery:
For added convenience, we can arrange direct delivery to your home through a trusted and reputable pet transportation service. Your puppy will travel safely and comfortably, with every detail handled by professionals who care about your new companion as much as we do.
💰 Shipping Rates & Transparency
Shipping costs vary depending on your location, preferred delivery method, and any additional services requested. At Bright Star Golden Retrievers, we believe in transparent pricing—you’ll receive a detailed quote for all shipping fees before finalizing your purchase.
From the moment your puppy leaves our care until the moment they arrive in your arms, we are fully committed to ensuring a smooth, secure, and worry-free process. Your puppy’s safety and happiness are always our top priorities.
🚗 Puppy Pick-Up Procedures
If you prefer to meet your new family member in person, we also offer a pickup option directly from our home or at a mutually convenient location.
Step 1: Coordination
Together, we’ll schedule and confirm your puppy’s pickup date, ensuring they’re fully ready for their big day.
Step 2: Pickup Options
You may either:

Pick up your Golden Retriever puppy directly from our home, or

Arrange to meet us halfway (depending on distance).
We truly enjoy the opportunity to meet our new puppy families in person—it’s always a special day filled with smiles, wagging tails, and new beginnings!
Step 3: Joyful Handover
The best part—hand-delivering your new puppy from our arms to yours. Seeing our puppies meet their forever families is the highlight of what we do.
🪙 Reservation Deposit
To confirm a pickup appointment, a 100% refundable reservation deposit of $300 is required at least 24 hours before pickup day.
If you decide not to complete the adoption, your deposit will be fully refunded, no questions asked.
