We understand that your Golden Retriever quickly becomes a beloved part of your family and can never truly be replaced. However, in the rare and unfortunate event that a serious health issue occurs, we stand firmly behind our puppies and our promise to you.

If your puppy passes away within one year of purchase, or is diagnosed with a hereditary or congenital condition during that time that significantly affects its quality of life, Bright Star Golden Retrievers will replace your puppy with another of equal value at no additional cost.
A certified veterinarian must confirm the cause of death or diagnosis, and you can email a copy of this report to us for review.

🐶 Veterinary Check & Ongoing Care

Before leaving our home, every puppy receives a comprehensive health examination conducted by a licensed veterinarian. You’ll receive a Veterinary Health Certificate confirming your puppy’s excellent condition. This health evaluation covers:

  • Cardiovascular System

  • Skin & Coat

  • Eyes, Ears, Mouth & Teeth

  • Musculoskeletal System

  • Respiratory System

  • Gastrointestinal System

  • Urogenital Health

If any health concern is detected, the puppy will remain with us until cleared by our veterinarian.

We also ask that you have your puppy examined by a licensed vet within 10 business days of arrival. Please send us a copy of this health report to keep your guarantee valid.

Your Golden Retriever puppy will arrive up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming. We recommend continuing regular vet visits, proper deworming, and following your vet’s vaccination schedule to ensure your puppy stays strong and healthy.

⚠️ Exceptions to This Guarantee

This health guarantee becomes void if your puppy does not receive routine veterinary care or if neglect is evident.
It also does not cover costs related to spaying or neutering, including undescended testicles or related procedures.
